Super Bowl Game Impressions
This Sunday was the Super Bowl. Many watch it for the commercials, but I am an avid football fan more so with the fact that my favorite team the New England Patriots were at the big show once again. I am here to critique the overall game now that I have cooled off from the loss. The Patriots played a great game... on one side of the ball. Their offense was surgical they were trading blows with the Eagles and never had to punt the entire game. Tom Brady cemented his legacy even though he lost because he put his team in the best position to win as he had 505 yards, 3 TD's, and no interceptions.
Unfortunately, the defense could not stop Nick Foles the backup quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles offense was just as potent as they never had to punt the ball either. The PAtriots defense was laughable they couldnt even come close to putting pressure on Foles, they got one lucky interception. Malcolm Butler being benched the whole game for something personal cost the game as Bill had to come up with an entirely different defensive scheme before the game. The Eagles deserved the win because they made that one key defensive play, Patriots never stepped up on defense.
